Hey Mr. lately I’ve been adding beets to my salads. The combination of beets, garbanzos, avocado and arugula with some Romain makes me happy .

mmmmmm. Yum. Try arugula with fresh strawberries and a vinaigrette. Next time I cook a beef tongue, I’ll send you some.
